• Each individual may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete information on the registration form. Submitting incorrect details may result in account suspension.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on Fency Win is governed by specific rules. It is important to read and understand these rules thoroughly before placing any bets.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• The odds set at the time a bet is placed are final and no subsequent changes will apply.

• Fency Win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from internet delays during live betting.

If Fency Win detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to suspend or void the bets in question. Any account found to be involved in match fixing or other fraudulent activity will be permanently closed.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Participating in match fixing or any manipulation of sporting events.
• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use an account.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Fency Win reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under any of the following circumstances.

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• Failure to complete identity verification, or providing false information.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Upon account closure, a member's valid balance is generally refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus balances and winnings may be forfeited. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.
